Selflyss

Botanical Illustrations and Label design.

Selflyss is a woman-owned small business located in San Diego, California.

Their handcrafted products are made in small batches from natural, ethically sourced ingredients with high-grade essential oils and absolutely no artificial fragrances, chemicals, or preservatives. 

I created simple line drawings to differentiate between two essential oil infusions: peppermint and clove. Since the base of both products is coconut oil, a single halved coconut is included on both labels.

I kept the label design light and simple. Allowing ample spacing between letters and lines to reflect the clean and simple ingredients inside their glass jars.
